Might I Suggest...

Ever heard of self-suggestion?

It started in the 1920s with a chap named Emile Coue. It's as simple as it sounds, and yet forms the basis of NLP, Hypnosis and other forms of self-improvement.

The difference with self-suggestion is that you don't have to be asleep or in a trance for it to work. It's similar to hypnosis, but only needs 15 minutes a day to be effective. And after a month, the benefits are tremendous.
